When you visit FullyBookedOS.com or interact with our pages, we may collect basic analytics data including page views and general location (city/region level). We do not use invasive tracking technologies.

Business Data Within Our System

Once you become an active client, we operate a GoHighLevel (GHL) sub-account on your behalf. This sub-account may contain your client contact data, appointment records, and communication history. This data belongs to you and is used solely to deliver your contracted services.

We use the information we collect to:

• Deliver and manage the AI automation services you have purchased
• Communicate with you about your account, service updates, and results
• Process payments securely through Stripe
• Send you SMS and email communications relevant to your service (appointment alerts, system updates, and performance reports)
• Improve our services and internal processes
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations

We do not use your information for purposes beyond what is necessary to deliver your services without your explicit consent.

We do not sell your personal or business information. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: We use GoHighLevel (GHL) as our platform for CRM, automation, and communications. Your service data lives within GHL's infrastructure. We also use Stripe to process payments securely.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our business or others.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

No information about your clients — meaning the salon clients within your GHL sub-account — is ever accessed, used, or shared by us for any purpose outside of delivering your contracted services.

By providing your phone number and email address, you consent to receive service-related communications from us via SMS and email. These communications may include:

• Onboarding instructions and system updates
• Monthly performance reports and recommendations
• Billing and account notifications

You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message or emailing us directly. Standard message and data rates may apply for SMS communications.

We take the security of your information seriously. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal and business data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

All payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe and is never stored on our systems. GoHighLevel maintains enterprise-level security standards for all data stored within their platform.

While we take every reasonable precaution, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but commit to notifying you promptly in the event of any data breach that may affect your information.

We retain your information for as long as your service agreement is active and for a reasonable period thereafter as required by law or legitimate business need. Upon termination of services, we will securely delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, unless retention is required by applicable law.

Your client data within your GHL sub-account may be exported and transferred to you upon request at the time of service termination.

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
